Our client, a leader in the technology industry, is seeking a Business Analyst 1 to join their team. As a Business Analyst 1, you will be part of the Customer Success Unit supporting enterprise security initiatives. The ideal candidate will have strong analytical skills, excellent communication abilities, and a customer-focused mindset which will align successfully in the organization. Job Title:

Business Analyst 1 Location: REMOTE What's the Job? Investigate report bugs and metric issues to ensure data integrity.

Conduct ad hoc data analytics, leveraging data models and manipulating Excel.

Help the field understand usage metrics and reduce issue escalations.

Create visibility into usage telemetry issues and summarize findings.

Maintain relationships with stakeholders to enhance the usage telemetry ecosystem.

What's Needed? Minimum 2+ years of experience in data analysis and reporting.

Proficiency in building Power BI reports.

Strong skills in manipulating Excel data, including formulas and VLOOKUP.

Excellent communication and program management skills.

Experience managing escalations and monitoring progress.
