What to Expect (Job Responsibilities): - Support the development of global and U.S. marketing plans to meet business goals - Craft product messaging and positioning tailored to physician audiences - Monitor competitive activity and coordinate mitigation strategies - Assist in gathering and incorporating physician feedback into team initiatives - Collaborate with cross-functional teams to support marketing and launch planning

What is Required (Qualifications): - Bachelors degree and at least 4 years of marketing, sales, or technical experience (2 years with an advanced degree) - Experience in product launch or product/program management - Ability to develop and implement marketing plans across different geographies and customer types - Strong project management skills, including work plans, timelines, and metrics - Willingness to travel up to 25% within the U.S. and internationally

How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications): - MBA - Technical aptitude and/or experience in a clinical environment - Sales orientation or experience working with a high-performing salesforce - Demonstrated ability to develop innovative marketing strategies
