Manage clinical staff and care center operations. Ensure compliance with state and federal regulations related to home health and reimbursement. Educate staff on applicable rules and regulations. Act as liaison between staff, patients, physicians, and healthcare providers. Monitor clinical episodes and provide necessary guidance. Promote home care services within the medical community. Recruit, hire, orient, evaluate, and guide staff to meet agency and patient needs. Ensure quality care delivery, support business development, and improve agency efficiency and fiscal health. Qualifications
Current, unencumbered RN license in the assigned state. At least one year of supervisory or administrative experience in home health, hospice, or related health programs. Minimum of three years of nursing experience, with at least one year in direct patient care in home health. Two years of home health experience preferred. Knowledge of federal, state, local, and ACHC regulations. Valid driver’s license, liability insurance, and reliable transportation. Current CPR certification. Skills and Certifications
Home health supervisory experience. RN licensure. Budgetary and financial management skills. Experience overseeing large care centers or high census facilities. Additional Information
