Preferred Qualifications: At least 3 years of experience in Network Programming with C Experience in SIP/RTP is a plus At least 1 year of experience in Database/SQL, with SQL Server or Oracle At least 3 years of experience in project lifecycle activities on development and maintenance projects At least 1 year of experience in design and architecture review Ability to work in a team in diverse/multiple stakeholder environments Strong analytical skills Experience and interest in working in a global delivery environment Qualifications

Basic Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree or foreign equivalent from an accredited institution. Equivalent experience considered: three years of progressive experience in the field for each year of education. At least 4 years of experience in Information Technology Additional Information
