Preferred Qualifications: At least 2 years of in-depth experience in testing processes, STLC lifecycle knowledge, TCOE framework Experience working in a global delivery environment, handling onsite-offshore models Ability to write stored procedures, complex SQL queries, and analyze SQL data Hands-on experience with UNIX operating system Good to have - Agile / Iterative methodology Ability to work under pressure and handle diverse/multiple stakeholders Strong negotiation, analytical, and communication skills Proactive, innovative, and creative thinker Planning and coordination skills Qualifications: Bachelors degree or foreign equivalent from an accredited institution. Equivalent experience (three years of progressive experience in the field) may be considered in lieu of education. U.S. citizens and those authorized to work in the U.S. are encouraged to apply.
