Client seeking Physician or Nurse Practitioner for September 17, 18, & 19 at their Corporate Health clinic in Sidney, OH. Provider will see ages 2+ for Primary Care, acute episodic care, physicals, and wellness visits. Hours are Wednesday 9:00am-6:00pm, Thursday 8:00am-4:00pm, both with a 30-minute lunch break from 12:00pm-12:30pm. and Friday 6:00am-12:00pm. Clinic is also staffed with a Registered Nurse. Provider must be Board Certified and must have 2+ years of clinical experience in a Primary Care specialty to be considered for this assignment.
