What you can be part of

As Vice President of Asset Management will work closely with the Regional Managing Director managing an assigned portfolio of Logistics Industrial properties across the Western US region. You will lead leasing efforts across are acquired and developed properties as well as managing the full business planning and implementation life cycle.

Responsibilities

  • Oversee day to day operations of the Bridge Logistics portfolio, supporting closely in its success and growth
  • Lead and manage leasing efforts using your network and brand as well as being responsible for implementing new strategizes to find leads and developed local prospects
  • Prepare strategic plans for assigned properties and contribute to overall portfolio plans
  • Review and approve monthly financial reports to investors on assigned assets
  • Prepare property strategic plans, annual budgets, capital, and leasing plans as well as quarterly valuation updates of portfolio assets
  • Oversee property level operating activities including supervision of third-party property managers and construction managers
  • Engage and oversee third party leasing brokers and negotiate leases
  • Position assets for sale and lead the sales/marketing process including the organization of all pre-disposition activities such as property inspections, obtaining BOV’s, coordinating investment sale broker presentations, and obtaining Investment Committee approval.

Qualifications

  • Minimum 8 years of experience in real estate asset management with direct logistics or industrial product experience being highly desirable
  • Bachelor’s Degree preferably in real estate, finance, business, accounting, economics, or related area.
  • Exceptional leasing experience and proven success as well as a strong and proven relationship network including brokers
  • Expert ability to review and understand financial models in excel and Argus Enterprise required
  • Strong quantitative skills and demonstrated analytical and problem-solving ability
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail including an editing eye, with the ability to prioritize and manage multiple projects simultaneously
  • Strong negotiating skills with the ability to navigate nuance and complexity
  • Strong sense of personal motivation, responsibility, and entrepreneurship

Compensation notes

The anticipated wage scale for candidates who will work in Newport Beach, California is $150,000-$250,000 per year. The hired applicant will also be eligible for an annual performance based discretionary bonus. The final pay offered to a successful candidate will be dependent on several factors that may include but are not limited to the type and years of experience within the job, the type of years and experience within the industry, education, etc. Bridge Investment Group is a multi-state employer and this pay scale may not reflect positions that work in other states or locations.

Eligible employees are automatically enrolled at a 4% contribution rate. *The employee must be at least 21 years of age and have worked for the Company for at least 60 days.
  • Vacation Time: Employee will accrue 3.38 hours of paid time off per pay period for a total of 17 days per year.
  • 11 Paid Holidays per year.
  • Sick Time: You will accrue 1 hour of sick time for every 30 hours worked with a cap of 48 hours.
  • Following six (6) months of employment at the Company, you will be eligible for four (4) weeks of paid parental leave as the primary caregiver to a child or two weeks as the secondary caregiver. Following two years of employment at the Company, you will be eligible for twelve weeks of paid parental leave per birth, adoption, or placement of a child if you are the primary caregiver.
  • Tuition Reimbursement: Up to $5,000 per year of pre-approved tuition expenses will be reimbursed upon submission of approved documentation. Repayment obligations may apply if employment terminates prior to 24 months.
