This is a hybrid role based out of our office in Waltham, MA.

What You'll Do At Pega

  • Lead and evolve Pega’s global employee engagement and experience strategy, including high-impact cultural moments, Connection Days, and hybrid work practices.
  • Drive activation of Pega Values across the employee journey, embedding them into programs, practices, and operations.
  • Mobilize and empower regional teams and culture ambassadors to localize and scale engagement initiatives with consistency and impact.
  • Deliver and measure culture-as-a-service initiatives, using data and feedback to shape future programming.
  • Create inclusive engagement strategies for remote and distributed teams, fostering connection across time zones and work styles.
  • Provide tools and guidance for leaders and employees, advocating for global equity while respecting local differences.
  • Bring external insight and innovation, staying ahead of engagement trends and applying best practices to continuously improve the employee experience.
  • Lead the transformation of Pega's global employee recognition program, researching market best practices and gathering internal feedback to foster a culture of appreciation and evolve Pega's recognition roadmap. Advance the use of recognition technology, leveraging automation and personalization to enhance impact.
  • Utilize journey mapping and design thinking to identify and optimize critical touchpoints at key moments of the employee journey.
  • Design focus groups and translate listening insights into targeted actions aligned with business priorities.

  • An experienced, trusted professional in employee engagement, people experience, or org development within global, matrixed environments.
  • Analytical and strategic, with a knack for turning insights into action.
  • Skilled in journey mapping, design thinking, and optimizing employee touchpoints.
  • A strong collaborator who influences across levels and functions.
  • A culture champion who leads recognition and belonging initiatives.
  • Familiar with engagement platforms and AI-powered personalization.
  • A compelling communicator with a talent for storytelling and exec-level reporting.
  • Organized, proactive, and adaptable in fast-paced settings.
  • A program leader who drives complex, cross-functional initiatives from idea to execution.
