Accounting Manager

My client is seeking a detail-oriented and experienced Accounting Manager to lead their accounting operations and ensure the accuracy and integrity of financial reporting. Base pay range

$120,000.00/yr - $150,000.00/yr

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily accounting operations including general ledger, accounts payable/receivable, payroll, and bank reconciliations
• Prepare and review monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements
• Ensure compliance with GAAP and other regulatory requirements
• Manage and mentor a team of accountants and finance staff
• Coordinate audits and liaise with external auditors
• Develop and implement accounting policies and procedures
• Support budgeting and forecasting processes
• Analyze financial data and provide insights to senior leadership

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field (CPA preferred)
• 5+ years of progressive accounting experience, including 2+ years in a supervisory role
• Strong knowledge of GAAP and financial reporting
• Proficiency in accounting software (e.g., QuickBooks, NetSuite, SAP) and Microsoft Excel
• Excellent analytical, organizational, and communication skills
• Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines
