Overview
A Programmatic Media Buyer (DV Analyst) will manage a portfolio of clients in a variety of industries and verticals. The ideal candidate will be a subject matter expert in programmatic advertising and solutions (e.g., DV360, CM360, Google Analytics, Google Tag Manager, Studio, and Google Web Designer).
Responsibilities
- Implement and manage programmatic advertising campaigns across platforms (DV360, CM360, StackAdapt, Google Analytics, etc.)
- Analyze programmatic campaigns to identify trends, insights, and optimization opportunities.
- Maintain high attention to detail in regard to ad copy, logos, graphics, budget and scope of work.
- Collaborate closely with account managers on campaign strategies, performance and recommendations for improvement.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop strategies for audience segmentation, retargeting, and personalized messaging.
- Ensure campaign is properly set up and that all ads are directed to the correct landing page.
- Conduct A/B tests to evaluate the effectiveness of different creatives, ad formats and messaging strategies.
- Generate regular reports to track campaign performance and communicate key findings.
- Monitor CRM daily for assigned tasks and ensure completion of tasks.
- Maintain performance standards on all assigned accounts.
- Analyze large subsets of data and provide client-facing feedback and reports.
- Stay current on industry trends, best practices and technologies in programmatic advertising.
- Other duties may be assigned.
Required Qualifications
- 1-2 years of Paid Media experience
- Experience and strong understanding of programmatic advertising.
- Experience using industry tools such as Google Analytics, DV360 (Display & Video 360)
- Exceptional written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to articulate complex ideas clearly and concisely.
- Strong quantitative, analytical skills and attention to detail with the ability to interpret data and actionable insights.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.
- Excellent time-management and organizational skills
- Proficient in Microsoft Office/Google Workspace (Docs, Sheets, Slides, GMail, GChat)
Preferred Qualifications
- Agency experience
- Google Ads Manager experience
- Google certifications (Google Analytics, Google Ads)
- Experience with programmatic DSPs such as StackAdapt, The Trade Desk or similar
- Experience with paid search, paid social media, or CTV
- Experience in automotive, legal, and/or medical verticals
- Strong understanding of advertising and marketing principles, particularly for online audiences
