We are looking for a talented YouTube Campaign Manager with a strong understanding of video ads, Google Ads Manager, DV360, and cross-channel strategies to join our growing team. Role Overview

Were seeking

an experienced YouTube Campaign Manager

to join our team! You will play a pivotal role in developing, executing, and optimizing video campaigns on YouTube and YouTubeTV while integrating them into broader cross-channel strategies that may include platforms like Amazon DSP, Google Ads, and other digital media. Youll be responsible for executing campaigns that not only drive performance on YouTube, but also contribute to a holistic marketing strategy that spans across multiple touchpoints, delivering a seamless experience for the target audience. Key Responsibilities

YouTube Campaign Management : Lead the execution of YouTube and YouTubeTV video campaigns, from strategy development to account setup under an MCC structure, campaign setup for efficient CPA outcomes, optimization, and reporting, while ensuring alignment with broader cross-channel media strategies. Must have previous experience. Ad Operations : Oversee all aspects required to run successful YouTube campaigns including generating, managing, implementing and validating ad and floodlight tags in CM360, creative uploading and formatting, and coordination with other publisher partners for campaign activation within Google Ads Manager platform. Audience Targeting & Segmentation : Develop, execute and optimize holistic audience strategy using first-party data, Googles audience insights, and third-party data to identify and scale successful YouTube and YouTube TV campaigns. Data Analysis & Reporting : Analyze performance data from YouTube and other platforms as needed to continuously optimize campaigns to meet or beat performance KPIs while ensuring scale and budget delivery. Deliver insights and reports that highlight performance and offer actionable recommendations for improvement. Procure and activate added value brand awareness, incrementality and benchmarking analysis, by coordinating with Google representatives. Partner Collaboration : Identify and build relationships with applicable Google representatives for each vertical and client to arrange for added-value measurement and to stay informed of new developments and capabilities available for clients. Having existing Google contacts to reach out to is a plus. Creative Collaboration : Work closely with the creative team to ensure that video assets are optimized for performance across both YouTube and YouTubeTV while maintaining brand consistency. Use expertise in platform to advise on best practices for copy, content, messaging and format to create assets that accomplish various client KPIs. Client Communication : Act as a key point of contact for clients, providing regular updates, presenting performance reports, and recommending strategic adjustments to improve campaign effectiveness. Cross-Channel Strategy : Develop and manage campaigns that integrate YouTube strategy with other tactics like CTV, Amazon DSP, programmatic display, OLV and linear TV for a cohesive strategy across all channels. This includes audience targeting, creative alignment, and optimization across platforms. Industry Trends : Stay updated with trends and updates in video advertising, YouTube, Amazon DSP, and cross-channel media buying to ensure the agencys strategies are cutting-edge and effective Qualifications

Must have experience focused on YouTube, YouTubeTV video and display advertising including: Account set ups under MCC structure connecting cross organization accounts and using CM360 for tracking and tagging setup for conversion measurement at all points of the funnel. Experience: 5+ years of experience in digital marketing, with hands on keyboard experience in Google Ad Manager, CM360 and/or DV360. Experience and knowledge of other DSPs including Amazon DSP a plus. Platform Knowledge: Expert Subject Matter in MCC and sub-account set ups, as well as all YouTube advertising formats (YouTubeTV, TrueView, Discovery, etc.) with hands-on experience managing Google Ad Manager and/or DV360 campaigns, including bidding strategy, creative and audience targeting and optimization. Cross-Channel Expertise: Proven ability to create and manage integrated campaigns across multiple platforms (YouTube, Amazon DSP, Google Ads, etc.), ensuring consistent targeting, messaging, and optimization across channels. Analytical Skills: Strong data analysis capabilities using platforms such as YouTube Analytics, Google Analytics, and other reporting tools to optimize performance and report on KPIs. Creative Insight: Expert knowledge in creative best practices on YouTube for each format and campaign objective. Have the ability to advise on messaging, formatting and creative content to drive to desired client KPIs based on experience and collaborate with creative teams to ensure video ads are optimized for performance across multiple platforms and formats. Communication: Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to communicate complex campaign insights and recommendations to clients and internal teams. Project Management: Ability to manage multiple campaigns and priorities in a fast-paced environment, ensuring timely delivery of high-quality work. Certifications: Google Ads Certification, YouTube Advertising Certification, Amazon DSP experience/certification, or similar credentials are highly desirable. Expertise in Microsoft Office suite including Outlook, Teams, Excel and Powerpoint. Bonus: Experience with additional media buying platforms such as Facebook Ads, Instagram, or TikTok is a plus.
