Overview
We’re looking for an Revenue Accountant III to join a Client. 3-5 years of experience in revenue recognition, focused on ASC 606 — this is a great opportunity to grow your career with a company known for excellence.
Responsibilities
- Prepare, review, and analyze revenue transactions in accordance with ASC 606 standards to ensure compliance and accuracy.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including Sales, Finance, and Legal, to resolve revenue recognition issues and support deal structuring.
- Maintain and reconcile revenue accounts, preparing journal entries and month-end close activities.
- Utilize Salesforce (e.g., Org62) and other financial systems to process and track revenue-related data.
- Support internal and external audit processes by providing documentation and explanations related to revenue recognition.
- Develop and maintain reporting dashboards in Tableau or similar tools for revenue analytics and forecasting.
Qualifications
- 3-5 years of experience in revenue recognition, focused on ASC 606.
- Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a dynamic environment.
- Experience with Tableau or similar tools is a plus.
- Bachelor’s degree in accounting, Finance, or a related field.
