We are building the secure data and memory layer for AI-driven applications. Backed by leading venture investors, we are entering a critical growth phase and seeking a proven sales leader to establish and scale our go-to-market engine from the ground up.

Role Overview

The Head of Sales will own revenue growth, sales execution, and go-to-market strategy. You will design and implement a repeatable sales motion, recruit and develop a high-performance team, and collaborate cross-functionally to position the company as a category leader. This is a hands-on role for a builder who thrives in early-stage ambiguity and can scale into a strong team leader post-Series A.

Key Responsibilities

Revenue & Strategy

  • Own top-line revenue targets and craft a data-driven sales strategy aligned with company objectives.
  • Define ICP, refine value propositions, and establish repeatable outbound/inbound motions.
  • Set annual, quarterly, and monthly sales goals with predictable forecasting.

Team Leadership & Development

  • Recruit, train, and lead a high-performing sales team (AEs, SDRs, Sales Ops as needed).
  • Build playbooks, enablement processes, and tools to ensure consistent execution.
  • Drive a culture of accountability, performance, and collaboration.

Execution & GTM Alignment

  • Partner with Marketing & DevRel to align on pipeline generation, content, and campaigns.
  • Collaborate with Product to integrate customer feedback into the roadmap.
  • Build a metrics-driven sales culture with KPIs on pipeline velocity, conversion, and win rates.

Partnerships & Market Expansion

  • Develop strategies to expand into new verticals and customer segments.
  • Build and deepen relationships with enterprise customers and partners to drive large-scale deals.

Qualifications

  • 5+ years of B2B SaaS sales experience, including 2+ years in leadership.
  • Track record of selling complex solutions with ACVs of $25k–$250k+.
  • Experience building a sales function from early stage (Seed/Series A) through scale.
  • Strong forecasting, analytical, and CRM/sales tech expertise.
  • Ability to translate technical concepts (AI infrastructure, data, security, etc.) into business outcomes.
  • Outstanding leadership, communication, and negotiation skills.
  • Entrepreneurial, adaptable, and thrives in fast-changing environments.
  • Experience working for a dev tool or e-commerce company

Nice-to-Haves

  • Background in AI, DevTools, or Data infrastructure.
  • Experience selling into mid-market/enterprise.
  • Familiarity with product-led growth (PLG) motions.
