Key duties include overseeing the preparation of financial statements, footnote disclosures, and work paper support, as well as monitoring and benchmarking financial performance. The role also involves research on GAAP changes, forecasting cash flows, and assisting with the quarterly valuation process. The ideal candidate should have a strong background in financial reporting and auditing, with a preference for experience in the real estate or alternative investment industry, and must hold a BA/BS in accounting or finance, and a CPA.
