Senior Human Resources Manager

BS/BA Degree in Human Resources, Business, Administration or a related field

8+ years of HR experience, at least 3 years in a Sr. HR role

SHRM-CP, SHRM-SCP, PHR or similar relevant certifications required

Automotive parts/accessories, distribution or import experience a distinct advantage

Experience with total rewards plans, KPI metrics, and applicable HR laws and compliance

Excellent leadership, interpersonal and communication skills expected

Capable of working autonomously, prioritizing your low work and understanding when to seek guidance

Proven project management skills with the ability to prioritize tasks and manage multiple projects

Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities, with a focus on continuous improvement

Proficiency in HRIS and HR related software. Payroll is on PAYCOR

Will supervise 2, and HR Manager and Generalist for now

Language skills: Bi-lingual in Spanish, Mandarin, German or French a plus but not required
