Travel RN - Emergency Dept

American Traveler is seeking an experienced RN for a night shift Emergency Department position requiring Cerner experience and advanced certifications.Job Details•Work in the Emergency Department of a hospital setting,•Night shifts with 3x12 hour schedule (18:45 - 7:15),•Required to work every other weekend,•13-week contract assignment,•Candidates may be required to float to all competent units within the same facility or to affiliated hospitals nearby,•Uses Cerner charting system and Cerner experience is required,•Locals accepted at the same rate,Job Requirements•Active MO or Compact RN license required,•Minimum of 2 years of Emergency Department nursing experience required,•Advanced certifications required: ACLS, BLS, NIHSS, PALS, TNCC (all AHA),•Must pass an EKG exam on orientation day with a minimum score of 80%, with emphasis on lethal rhythms,•CEU completion required prior to assignment,•Cerner EMR experience required,•No first-time travelers will be considered,•Must have been separated from previous employment at the facility for at least 1 year,Additional Information•Must complete assigned HealthStream learning modules by all deadlines throughout the assignment,•Must regularly check email for new education module assignments,•Responsibilities include providing emergency nursing care and responding to critical situations,•Team structure includes floating within the hospital and to affiliates as clinically appropriate,•No block scheduling is permitted,•Return staff must have a break in service of at least one year,),•hash,:• ,
