Travel RN – PCU/Cardiac Stepdown
Join a 20-bed PCU with strong RN and PCT support, using Meditech EMR.
Ratios: 1:4 | Staffed with RNs & PCTs on all shifts
Equipment: Telemetry, transport monitors, suction, feeding pumps, trachs, BiPAP/CPAP, heated high flow, chest tubes, foleys, pacer wires, IV/ScD pumps
Requirements: ACLS, PCU & cardiac experience, drip management (heparin, tikosin, diltiazem, amiodarone, nitro, Lasix, ketamine)
Procedures: Chest tube placement/removal, pacer wire removal, 12-lead EKGs
Best Fit: Confident cardiac/stepdown nurses with strong critical care skills
