Travel RN - ICU

American Traveler is hiring an experienced RN for a night shift ICU position requiring previous travel experience and advanced critical care skills.Job Details•Work in a 21-bed ICU at a hospital,•Night shift schedule, 7:00 PM to 7:00 AM,•Patient ratio is 2:1,•Floating required to stepdown, med/surg, and ED units,•Call required as needed,•Uses Cerner EMR; Cerner experience preferred,Job Requirements•Active RN license required,•Current BLS and ACLS certifications from AHA or ARC,•At least 1 year of recent ICU experience,•Previous travel nursing experience required,•Experience with ventilators, vasoactive drips, lytics, tracheostomy care, neuro, stroke, STEMI, and sheath management,•No gaps of 90 days or more in work history within the past 12 months,•Candidates must live more than 50 miles from the facility,•No certifications can expire within the first 30 days of assignment,•Candidates must not have worked as permanent staff at any CHS facility within the past 2 years,•Driver's license required,•Fluency with Cerner EMR is preferred,Additional Information•Provide advanced critical care including ventilator management, titration of vasoactive medications, and emergency interventions,•Holiday time off may not be granted if contract covers a holiday period,•Maximum approved requested time off is one week,•Scrub color is navy,•Collaborate with multidisciplinary ICU team to manage complex patient populations,•First-time travelers will not be considered,),•hash,:• ,
