Position: Warehouse Coordinator
Job Summary: The Warehouse Manager will be responsible for overseeing all warehouse operations, including shipping, receiving, invoicing, inventory management, and team supervision. This role requires a mix of hands-on involvement and strategic oversight to ensure efficient, accurate, and safe warehouse processes. This is an on-site role located in Allen, Texas.
Responsibilities
- Supervise and coordinate daily warehouse activities including shipping, receiving, packing, and inventory control
- Manage, train, and schedule warehouse staff (if applicable), ensuring performance and safety standards are met
- Oversee the organization and cleanliness of the warehouse
- Maintain accurate inventory records and implement process improvements for inventory management
- Schedule and coordinate freight pickups and deliveries with carriers and vendors
- Ensure timely and accurate fulfillment of customer orders
- Follow up with accounting for invoicing of orders shipped at the end of each day
- Monitor warehouse KPIs and provide reporting to management
- Operate forklifts and warehouse equipment as needed
- Assist with procurement and supply chain planning in coordination with the office team
- Ensure compliance with OSHA and company safety guidelines
Requirements
- 3+ years of warehouse/logistics experience, including 1+ years in a leadership or supervisory role
- Forklift certification required
- Ability to lift up to 75 pounds and perform physical warehouse duties
- Strong communication and organizational skills
- Proficiency in inventory and shipping software (e.g., ShipStation, NetSuite, or equivalent)
- Experience managing shipping with carriers such as UPS, FedEx, LTL, and freight brokers
- Familiarity with telecom equipment, electronics, or technical products is a plus
