Warehouse Worker
Join our team as a Warehouse Worker where you will play a crucial role in our warehouse operations. You will assist with loading and unloading trucks, organizing products on shelves, and following order pick lists. This position offers an opportunity to grow into a warehouse lead or supervisor role. Occasionally, you may also assist with customer service at the city desk, which involves looking up parts on the computer system and gaining knowledge about various parts.
Responsibilities
- Load and unload trucks efficiently.
- Organize products on shelves according to order pick lists.
- Show initiative to potentially move into a lead or supervisor role.
- Assist with customer service at the city desk when needed.
- Look up parts in the computer system and become knowledgeable about available parts.
- Receive training on forklift operation for future permanent use.
Essential Skills
- Experience in warehouse operations, preferably 1 year.
- Excellent attendance record.
- Willingness to learn and adapt.
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs, with potential physical demands up to 100 lbs.
- Basic computer skills for inventory and part lookup.
Additional Skills & Qualifications
- Forklift operation experience.
- Customer service skills.
- Knowledge of HVAC and plumbing is beneficial.

Work Environment
This position is in a plumbing industry warehouse environment. You will be working primarily behind a counter, not at a typical desk. Comfort with standing for extended periods is necessary, as the role involves pulling and organizing products and parts.
Job Type & Location
This is a Contract position based out of Sioux Falls, South Dakota.
Pay and Benefits
The pay range for this position is $18.00 - $20.00/hr.
