- Cases include ortho, OB, vascular, thoracic, pediatrics, and neuro
- Physician is able to choose flexible shifts, no weekends or nights
- Physician has the option of working within a hospital and ambulatory-based practice
- Reimbursement for continuing education expenses
- Eligible for $50k sign-on/retention bonus for a 3-year commitment
- 6 weeks vacation included
