Human Resources Director
A nursing home group is seeking a Human Resources in Nashville TN
Salary range 60K-70K plus 90 day bonus and more based on exp.
General HR duties:
  • Benefits and Leave administration, including FMLA
  • Employee relations
  • On-boarding
  • Compliance
General Payroll duties:
  • Time and Attendance entry
  • Payroll Register Audit and Review
  • Understands Federal and State laws and regulations governing Payroll
Recruiting Duties:
  • Responsible for full cycle recruitment
  • Consult with hiring managers to ascertain needs within each department
  • Manage the job postings process
  • Review resumes and pre-screen candidates
  • Schedule candidate interviews with hiring managers
  • Conducts phone interviews, office interviews
  • Understands HR policy and practices benefits, work rules, pre-offer requirements, etc.
Desired Qualifications:
  • Healthcare/Nursing Home Experience Required
  • 2 years of HR Management experience, including recruiting experience, required in nursing home field.
  • 2 years payroll processing experience required
  • Must have Strong knowledge of Federal and NJ employment laws and regulations
  • Staffing Coordination experience preferred

Salary range 60K-70K plus 90 day bonus and more.
