Human Resources Director

A nursing home group is seeking a Human Resources Director in Nashville, TN

Salary range: $60K-$70K plus a 90-day bonus and more based on experience.

General HR Duties:

• Benefits and Leave administration, including FMLA
• Employee relations
• On-boarding
• Compliance

General Payroll Duties:

• Time and Attendance entry
• Payroll Register Audit and Review
• Understanding of Federal and State laws and regulations governing Payroll

Recruiting Duties:

• Responsible for full cycle recruitment
• Consult with hiring managers to ascertain needs within each department
• Manage the job postings process
• Review resumes and pre-screen candidates
• Schedule candidate interviews with hiring managers
• Conduct phone interviews and office interviews
• Understand HR policy and practices, benefits, work rules, pre-offer requirements, etc.

Desired Qualifications:

• Healthcare/Nursing Home Experience Required
• 2 years of HR Management experience, including recruiting experience, required in the nursing home field.
• 2 years of payroll processing experience required
• Must have strong knowledge of Federal and NJ employment laws and regulations
• Staffing Coordination experience preferred
