Were in search of a highly motivated, people-friendly, organized human resources manager to lead our HR department. You will oversee all aspects of employee relations, including recruiting, onboarding, and training, play a key role in strategic planning and business administration, and ensure we are in compliance with the most recent employment laws. Ideal candidates are natural leaders, decision-makers, and team players. Responsibilities: Hold exit interviews with employees and record their feedback to optimize our policies and procedures Enact and implement human resources programs including benefits, compensation, company evaluation, and training Help shape decision-making through data-driven recommendations on strategic planning, business administration, and the annual budget Narrow down the talent pool to highly-qualified candidates, interview the shortlist, and onboard and train new hires Fill out paperwork, internal documents, reports, and records with high accuracy Create, enact, and improve personnel policies and procedures Manage the relationship between employees and managers and advise on important issues such as equal employment opportunity and sexual harassment Oversee end-to-end recruitment, onboarding, and offboarding Maintain and update employee records, job descriptions, and compliance policies Manage HRIS systems and PTO tracking (e.g., Insperity) Promote and uphold our Core Values through team initiatives and internal communications Handle employee relations and provide coaching to managers on people matters Coordinate with Operations and Finance on payroll, benefits, and compensation changes Plan team-building events and employee recognition initiatives Qualifications: Possess an SHRM certification or certification from a similar institute 3+ years as an HR manager, senior HR generalist, or in an upper-level HR position Hold a bachelors degree in HR management, business management, or a similar field Candidates should be excellent leaders and communicators with strong organizational and interpersonal skills Compensation: $50,000 - $60,000 yearly

Compensation:
