Plant Manager Food & Beverage Manufacturing

Location: Southeast Virginia (relocation allowance provided)

Were seeking a hands-on, growth-minded Plant Manager to lead daily operations in a dynamic, fast-paced food production facility. With approximately 50 employees and a two-shift schedule, this is a prime opportunity for a strong Production Manager ready to step into a senior leadership role.

This company has grown steadily from humble beginnings to national distributionproducing high-quality, small-batch snacks using premium ingredients and no preservatives. The facility is SQF Level 2 certified and known for its innovative flavors, clean label products, and commitment to excellence.

As Plant Manager, youll lead and coach shift supervisors, oversee safety and quality compliance, optimize throughput, and ensure production goals are met. Youll play a key role in scaling operations, mentoring staff, and driving a positive, high-performing culture.

Key Qualifications:

• Food & beverage manufacturing experience required
• Strong leadership and team development skills
• Working knowledge of SQF, HACCP, GMPs
• Ability to manage production schedules, metrics, and cross-functional coordination
• Comfortable on the floorengaged and responsive
