$140k - $150k
Position Overview
The HR Manager will oversee all human resources functions, serving as a strategic partner to leadership and a trusted resource for employees. This role is responsible for managing employee relations, talent development, compliance, and HR operations while driving initiatives that support company culture and growth.
Responsibilities Of The HR Manager

  • Manage day-to-day HR operations, including employee relations, performance management, and HR compliance.
  • Partner with leadership to develop HR strategies aligned with business goals.
  • Oversee recruitment efforts, onboarding, and employee lifecycle processes.
  • Administer compensation, benefits, and HR policies to ensure consistency and compliance.
  • Lead employee engagement initiatives to foster a positive workplace culture.
  • Maintain knowledge of HR best practices and employment laws, ensuring compliance.
  • Support organizational change management and workforce planning.
Required Experience/Skills for the HR Manager:
  • 5+ years of HR management experience, preferably within a fast-paced environment.
  • Strong knowledge of employment law, compliance, and HR best practices.
  • Proven experience handling employee relations and conflict resolution.
  • Excellent communication, leadership, and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities and adapt to a rapidly changing environment.
Preferred Experience/Skills for the HR Manager:
  • Experience in the technology industry.
  • Familiarity with HRIS platforms and data-driven HR decision-making.
  • Background in developing and implementing HR policies and programs at a growing organization.
Education Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
  • HR Certification (PHR, SPHR, SHRM-CP, or SHRM-SCP) preferred.
