About The Position
Job Title: Cardiac Cath Lab Tech Profession: Cardiac Cath Lab Technician Specialty: Cardiac Cath Lab Duration: 13 weeks Shift: Day Shift Hours per Shift: 8 Experience: Minimum 2 years License: Not specified Certifications: BLS, ACLS required Must-Have: Prior experience in EP and/or Cath Lab Advanced skills Description: This position is for a highly skilled Cardiac Cath Lab Technician. The role requires advanced knowledge and experience in catheterization and electrophysiology procedures. Responsibilities include various interventional radiology procedures, diagnostic catheterizations, and complex PCI/CTO cases. The technician will also be involved in electrophysiology procedures, including devices, LAAO cases, and complex ablation procedures. Staffing consists of registered nurses and cardiovascular technicians. Technicians must be available for on-call needs and exhibit the ability to respond promptly. The department is equipped with advanced technology to care for complex patients. Scrubs will be provided as part of the required uniform. Candidates should be able to work effectively within a high-pressure environment.
