Represent clients in wrongful termination, discrimination, disability accommodation, and sexual harassment cases Handle wage and hour class actions, employee unfair competition, and trade secret disputes Advise clients on compliance with state, local, and federal employment laws Assist in developing policies and procedures to mitigate litigation risks Draft pleadings, motions, and legal memoranda Conduct legal research and provide strategic counsel to clients Collaborate with attorneys across multiple offices on high-stakes employment law matters Requirements
3-4 years of experience in employment law Strong written and oral advocacy skills Ability to work independently with minimal supervision Litigation experience in employment-related disputes Education
Juris Doctor (J.D.) from an accredited law school Certifications
Active member in good standing of the
California Bar Skills
