The ideal candidate will possess excellent written and oral communication skills and be licensed to practice law in their state of residence. Job Duties: Handle Employment Practices Liability Insurance (EPLI) cases exclusively Provide legal counsel and representation to clients in employment litigation matters Conduct legal research, analysis, and writing on various employment law issues Draft pleadings, motions, and other legal documents Prepare for and participate in hearings, depositions, and mediations Collaborate with partners and other attorneys on case strategy and management Communicate effectively with clients, opposing counsel, and other stakeholders Requirements: Juris Doctor (JD) degree from an accredited law school Admission to the Bar in the candidate's state of residence 8+ years of experience in employment litigation, with a focus on EPLI cases Excellent written and oral communication skills Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment Education and Certifications: Juris Doctor (JD) degree from an accredited law school Admission to the Bar in the candidate's state of residence Skills: Experience in handling EPLI cases Strong written and oral communication skills Legal research and writing skills Analytical and problem-solving abilities Ability to work independently and collaboratively Company info BCG Attorney Search 1750 Montgomery St Fl 1 San Francisco California United States 94111 Phone :
