Relocation assistance is available.Shift: 5AM -3:30 PM Monday through Thursday 4 - 10's. 30 Minute lunch.Set up and operate a variety of machine shop manual equipment. Essential Duties and Responsibilities include but are not limited to the following.Operate machine shop equipment such as lathe, mill, drill press, and grinders.Perform routine preventative maintenance weekly and monthly.Manufacture of precision parts.Use hand tools and power tools.Use and read precision measuring instruments.Read mechanical drawings and blueprints.Inspection and quality control of manufactured parts.Must be able to work proficiently with minimal supervision.Other duties as assigned by management. Regular attendance is an essential function of this position.Compliance with applicable Company policies concerning maintaining a drug free workplace is required.Compliance with all Company policies including all safety policies and procedures is required.Additional Qualifications/ResponsibilitiesQualificationsHigh school diploma or general education degree (GED); or two+ years related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience.Previous Machinist experience running manual machines such as late, mill, drill press, grinders, etc.
