This individual will cross-train to support in other operational areas as needed, shipping, receiving, machine operation, and ink mixing. Role and responsibilities include but are not limited to:Mixing inkColor library managementWIP inventory managementEscalation processMaintain production process efficiency through good preparation and priority managementSeek new methods to improve quality and eliminate waste5SProvide support in projects, special requests, and other operational areasAdhere to special color matching standards Move, inventory, and store a variety of materials, parts, or products Check incoming materials and report out-of-date stockAdditional Qualifications/ResponsibilitiesQualificationsHigh School Diploma or equivalent requiredExperience in Screen Printing Press and/or any graphic arts printing press preferredMaintenance and TPM experience is preferred0-2 year's previous production experienceMust have excellent ability to troubleshoot problems and resolve timelyMust possess or acquire certifications within specified timing in order to perform the jobAbility to learn multiple functions within the facilityAble to work in a fast-paced, collaborative work environment Good interpersonal skills, mathematical aptitude, mechanical/technical aptitude and logical problem solving skills necessaryAbility to work independently in a safe and timely mannerMust be motivated towards productivity improvements, safety and quality awarenessCertification in hazardous materials training is a plusMust have basic computer skills, capability to organize and multi-task, and work under pressureFirst shift but requires flexibility during peak production times
