Welder

Insight Global is seeking a ceritified welder who will be responsible for fabricating, assembling, and repairing metal components using SMAW, GMAW, FCAW, and GTAW processes. Must follow WPS, blueprints, and safety standards to produce high-quality, code-compliant welds.Key Duties:Weld and repair plate, pipe, and structural assembliesInterpret blueprints and verify fit-up before weldingConduct inspections and maintain weld documentationMaintain equipment and follow safety protocolsCollaborate with QA/QC and suggest process improvementsStrong emphasis in TIG aluminum thick platesWe are a company committed to creating diverse and inclusive environments where people can bring their full, authentic selves to work every day.
