Mississippi Sports Medicine and Orthopaedic Center (MSMOC) in Oxford, MS is looking for a fellowship-trained Orthopaedic Hand Surgeon ready to step into a turnkey, high-volume practice with no trauma call, clinical autonomy, and fast-track partnership.

Originally established as Oxford Ortho and Sports Medicine in 1996, the practice unified under a single brand identity in a physician led decision with USOP partner practice Mississippi Sports Medicine and Orthopaedic Center in 2025.
- 5 Surgeons + 1 Non-Operative Ortho & Sports Medicine Physician
- 8 clinic locations in North Mississippi
- Brand-new 25,000 sq ft orthopaedic center opening Fall 2025
- Fully equipped with 28 exam rooms, procedure rooms, walk-in urgent care & 5,000 sq ft PT gym

What We Offer:
- Guaranteed base salary + productivity bonus as an Associate Physician
- Additional pay for call
- No buy-in required for partnership track after just 2 years

Qualifications:
- Board Certified/Board Eligible in Orthopaedic Surgery
- Fellowship-trained in Orthopaedic Hand Surgery
- Eligible for or holding a valid Mississippi medical license
