Database Manager with FICO Debt Management Experience Duration:
6+ months Client:
Direct Client Scope of Work: Troubleshoot and resolve database integrity issues, performance problems, blocking and deadlocks, replication, log shipping, connectivity, and security concerns. Perform performance tuning and query optimization using tools like SQL Profiler and Performance Monitor. Identify and troubleshoot CPU, memory, I/O, disk space, and resource contention issues related to SQL Server. Manage backups, restores, recovery models, database shrink operations, DBCC commands, clustering, mirroring, and replication. Support additional related tasks as needed. Required Skills: Education: - Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Engineering, Business, or a related field, or three years of equivalent experience. General Experience: - Seven (7) years of experience in database development and maintenance. Specialized Experience: - Experience with database management systems, system design, analysis, operating systems, and data manipulation languages. - Experience with FICO Debt Manager. - At least five (5) years of experience with database systems, system design, and related technologies. Desired Skills: - Experience integrating FICO Debt Manager with peripheral systems like IVR, IPD, debt referral, debt adjustment, payment processing, and document management. - Database administration in SQL Server 2012 or later. - A Master's Degree is preferred. #J-18808-Ljbffr
