to support our client, a not-for-profit government corporation specializing in insurance protection in Florida.

Job Summary: We are seeking a highly skilled
Oracle Fusion HCM Technical Consultant
to support urgent and complex issues within the Payroll and Benefits modules of Oracle Fusion HCM SaaS. This role is critical to maintaining operational continuity by resolving configuration and reporting challenges impacting payroll accuracy, absence tracking, benefits processing, and reporting usability. The consultant will work closely with business and technical teams to deliver timely fixes, optimize system functionality, and ensure smooth operations.
Job Responsibilities: Analyze and resolve complex issues in Oracle Fusion HCM Payroll and Benefits modules. Address both custom and seeded reporting requirements, ensuring usability and accuracy. Correct absence deduction errors and configure missing leave types. Troubleshoot and fix benefits life event processing errors. Update and customize system notifications and document templates. Resolve dependent coverage and eligibility rule issues. Perform UI personalization and customizations to enhance user experience. Collaborate with business stakeholders to ensure timely and effective delivery of solutions. Support testing and validation of configuration changes, reporting updates, and benefit event fixes. Minimum Qualifications:
5+ years of hands-on technical experience with Oracle Fusion HCM. Strong background in:
Reporting (data models, subject areas). Fast Formulas, calculations, and eligibility rules. Absence configuration and payroll-related calculations. Benefits life event setup and processing. Notification updates and system customizations. Benefits coverage and dependent configurations. UI personalization.
Proven ability to work independently and manage shifting scope effectively. Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills. Experience working in Agile environments and cross-functional teams High School Diploma or GED required.
Bachelor's degree preferred, OR 3 years relevant experience, OR a combination of education and relevant experience equivalent to 3 years.
Preferred Qualifications:
Prior experience supporting public sector or insurance clients. Familiarity with Florida and U.S. payroll/benefits regulations. Ability to adapt to dynamic scope and evolving priorities
