Oracle Fusion HCM Consultant – Technical, Payroll and Benefits – Jacksonville, FL (Hybrid Role)
6-12+ Months Responsibilities
Provide technical support and solutions for Oracle Fusion HCM Payroll and Benefits modules. Analyze and resolve urgent and complex payroll, absence tracking, and benefits processing issues. Address and resolve reporting challenges, including both custom and standard reports. Correct absence deduction errors and configure leave types as needed. Troubleshoot and fix Benefits life event processing errors. Update and customize system notifications and document templates. Resolve issues related to dependent coverage and eligibility rules. Perform UI personalizations and customizations in Oracle Fusion HCM. Collaborate with business teams to ensure timely resolution of issues and delivery of solutions. Support the testing and validation of configuration changes and reporting updates. Work independently to manage and deliver solutions in an Agile, cross-functional team environment. Utilize expertise in Oracle Fusion HCM technical areas: Fast Formulas, data models, Payroll calculations, Absence configurations, Benefits setup, and system personalizations. Maintain compliance with relevant payroll and benefits regulations, preferably within the public sector or insurance industries. Qualifications & Seniority
