Our continued success is driven by exceptional customer service, top-tier site quality, and proactive, solution-focused management.We're looking for an Account Manager (Maintenance) to manage relationships with clients, oversee the operations teams, and provide overall leadership to the maintenance division. You'll be empowered to lead your accounts confidently, backed by clear communication and team support.Key Responsibilities: Manage multiple commercial maintenance contracts by building strong client relationships, ensuring satisfaction with current services, and identifying opportunities for enhancements and renewals Serve as the main point of contact for clients, resolving issues promptly and professionally Oversee job quality and performance through regular site visits, scheduled inspections, and collaboration with crew leaders Coordinate project timelines, material orders, and daily operations to ensure work is completed on schedule and within budget Monitor site performance and ensure high service standards are consistently metQualifications: Minimum 3 years' commercial landscaping maintenance experience is required; exposure to different areas of landscape such as turf, plant care, irrigation, enhancements, works orders, etc is needed. Experience managing project timelines, schedules, materials and crews is essential. Valid Driver's License with clean driving record and ability to pass pre-employment background and drug screening Strong communication skills with an ability to easily build rapport and long-term relationships Must be able to assess quality of work, and identify plant material and problem identification and train teams Comfortable using computers and other forms of technology is needed Ability to meet and/or exceed sales goals Irrigation and/or Chemical Applicator licenses are a plus Shares in company values and can demonstrate those in the fieldWorking Conditions/Physical Requirements: This job operates in an outdoor setting 70%-80% of the time, assessing quality, training, meeting customers, identifying/estimating work orders, evaluating work in progress, identifying plant or other issues. Must be able to drive to 1 or more job locations and job sites daily. The remaining work time involves indoor office work - must be able to operate a computer and office equipment and may sit for extended periods of time. This role routinely uses landscaping tools and equipment and occasionally may operate machinery. This employee drives a company vehicle (truck/trailer). This employee may have to work odd or long hours to complete special request for projects.
