Job Summary: Adecco is seeking a dependable and energetic Material Handler to support our client's plastic injection molding operations for $17-18/hr. in Nampa. This role is responsible for preparing, mixing, and transporting materials used in production. The ideal candidate will be physically capable, safety-conscious, and able to follow instructions with precision. Key Responsibilities: Mix plastic materials according to specified formulas and procedures Operate a barrel hoist and mixing machine safely and efficiently Manually move bags weighing up to 55 pounds Safely move barrels using appropriate equipment Use a calculator to perform simple equations related to material quantities Accurately and legibly label mixed materials Maintain a clean and organized work area Follow all safety protocols and company procedures Required Skills & Abilities: Basic math and calculator skills Ability to read and write clearly Strong attention to detail Team-oriented with good communication skills Ability to work independently and manage time effectively Preferred Qualifications: Forklift experience or certification Physically strong and able to handle demanding workloads Ability to retain and apply information quickly Previous experience in a manufacturing or plastics environment is a plus Work Environment: Industrial manufacturing setting Exposure to plastic materials and machinery Requires standing, lifting, and moving for extended periods Job Title: Material Handler Pay: $17-18/hr.
