Assistant Property Manager

Benefits: 401(k) 401(k) matching Dental insurance Health insurance Paid time off Vision insurance The Crescent at River Ranch in Lafayette, LA, is seeking to hire an Assistant Property Manger to provide support to the Apartment Property Manager. This opportunity is for a full-time hourly non-exempt position. Hours are Monday through Friday from 8:30 a.m. to 5:30 p.m. and alternating Saturday's from 10:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m.Job Duties:Income Collection: Maintain accurate resident recordsUpdate all rents, deposits, and application fees received form residents & Prospects on a daily basisIssue appropriate notices for late payments, evictions, NSF checks, etc.Make daily bank depositsBuild and maintain a positive and repour with all prospects and residentsInspect models, vacant units, and common areasCoordinate with residents for lease renewals on a monthly basisExecute all leasing functions including, but not limited to: answering incoming calls, schedule property tours, greet prospects, tour prospects on property and through model apartments, and initiate follow-up communicationsAssist with the completion of monthly competition market surveysAssist with accepting work order requests, including input into the workorder system, and communication with maintenance personnelKeep accurate records of all move-in's and move-out's, availability, and unit statusMinimum Qualifications:Minimum 2 year of Multi-Family experienceProven customer service experience and communication skillsProficiency in Microsoft operating systemsOneSite software experience desiredVintage Realty Company provides a competitive benefits & compensation package.
