Travel CT Technologist - CT Scan

American Traveler is seeking a dual modality CT/X-ray Technologist with at least 1 year of experience in each modality and ARRT certifications.Job Details•Work in a Level 3 trauma regional hospital with responsibilities in both CT and X-ray,•Day shift schedule, 4x10 hour shifts, typically Monday through Thursday, with possible flex for critical staffing needs,•Weekend shifts are required as requested to meet FTE needs,•On-call rotation required approximately every fifth or sixth weekend, staffing dependent,•No floating between units or to sister facilities is required,•Pediatric imaging is preferred but not required,•Use of Siemens CT/DI equipment, including the Drive 256 slice scanner dual source/dual energy CT scanner,•May be required to work in the OR with GE C-Arm and perform routine radiology exams,•Documentation/charting done via Epic,Job Requirements•Minimum of 2 years experience, with at least 1 year each in both CT and X-ray,•ARRT RT (R) and (CT) certification required,•Current AHA BLS certification required,•Must be comfortable working independently in a multi-modality environment,•Experience with Siemens CT scanners is strongly encouraged,•Preferred CCTA experience,•Competency with C-Arm and obtaining head, chest, and extremity radiographs required,•License required if applicable,Additional Information•Must be prepared to secure housing independently prior to consideration,•First-time travelers are accepted,•Maximum of 10 days requested time off allowed per contract, with blackout dates that restrict time off during peak periods,•No blocked scheduling requests permitted,•Completion of pre-assignment online modules is required as part of new employee orientation,•Candidates must not have worked for the facility or its affiliates within the past two years to be eligible,•Locals living within 75 miles are eligible at a lower bill rate,•Scrub requirements are not specified; please clarify during onboarding,],•hash,:•3020865525688507811,
