A prominent law firm based in Seattle, WA, is actively seeking a litigation attorney with demonstrated experience in personal injury matters. This fully remote opportunity is ideal for a motivated legal professional seeking to make a tangible impact in client advocacy and trial practice. The role offers significant autonomy, professional development support, and participation in high-stakes litigation. Duties:

Draft litigation documents, including complaints, motions, oppositions, and correspondence Prepare and review discovery, including meet-and-confer letters and discovery-related motions Represent clients in motion hearings—virtually and in court Conduct and defend depositions of both fact and expert witnesses Prepare pre-trial submissions and trial-ready materials Participate actively in mediation and settlement negotiations Develop case strategies focusing on evidence gathering and litigation planning Communicate regularly with clients regarding case updates and legal advice Oversee support staff, including paralegals and litigation assistants Attend ongoing legal training for professional growth Requirements:

Minimum 3 years of litigation experience in personal injury law Licensed and in good standing with the Washington State Bar Proven legal writing and oral advocacy skills Self-starter with strong initiative and adaptability Excellent organizational and time-management skills Ability to work independently in a remote setting Education:

Juris Doctor (JD) from an accredited law school Certifications:

Active membership with the Washington State Bar Association Skills:

Strong legal research and drafting proficiency Confident courtroom presence Negotiation and mediation experience Proficiency in remote work tools and legal practice management software Leadership and team coordination abilities Job Location:
