Qualifications

At least 4+ years of experience in test strategy and test design

At least 4+ years of experience in test execution analysis & reporting

At least 4+ years of experience in UFT

Strong coordination, communication, reporting, and analytical skills

Strong leadership skills

Ability to work in a team within a diverse, multi-stakeholder environment

Strong knowledge in UFT Automation and Java

Hands‑on experience developing frameworks

Ability to develop test scripts independently

Experience in Groovy / Selenium / Geb-Spock

Experience in mainframes and web services testing

Experience and desire to work in a global delivery environment
