At least 3 years of experience in test case creation and test execution. At least 3 years of experience with automation tools such as HP Unified Functional Testing (UFT), formerly known as QuickTest Pro (HP-QTP). Experience in the Financial Services domain. Ability to work in a team environment and strong client interfacing skills. Analytical skills. Experience and willingness to work in a global delivery environment. Responsibilities include: Performing automation feasibility analysis, developing and implementing test automation strategies. Analyzing requirements and defining appropriate frameworks and guidelines. Developing automation scripts for web applications using keyword-driven or hybrid frameworks. Developing and maintaining automation frameworks and scripts. Applying best practices like reuse to enhance scalability and performance. Automating applications across platforms and technologies such as Web, Mainframe, and Web services. Qualifications Bachelor's degree or foreign equivalent from an accredited institution. Equivalent experience (three years of progressive experience in the field) may substitute for each year of education. Minimum of 4 years of experience in Information Technologies.
