Requirements: At least 2+ years of QA Testing and Automation experience Understanding of estimation methodologies and quality processes Skills: Analytical abilities, strong technical skills, communication skills, ability to work with diverse stakeholders, people coordination, and strong domain knowledge in Life and P&C Insurance applications Strong automation expertise, scripting skills, automation framework development, ROI assessment, familiarity with tools like QTP, Selenium Experience working in a global delivery environment Bachelor's degree or equivalent; three years of experience can substitute for each year of education At least 2 years of IT experience U.S. Citizens and those authorized to work in the U.S. are encouraged to apply.
