Were searching for a Store Manager who will be at the forefront of bringing fandom to life. Youll lead the store in achieving sales targets, recruiting, developing, and managing performance. WHAT YOU'LL DO
Ensure your store meets sales and comparable sales goals. Recruit, develop, and retain a passionate, collaborative team to run your store. Create buzz and engage customers through social media, store web applications, and clienteling. Lead a well-organized business with the right balance of structure, delegation, autonomy, and customer-first selling practices. Monitor shrink/loss prevention, payroll hours, schedules, and external factors affecting the business. Communicate with retail leadership and HQ about trends and customer feedback. Analyze sales reports and use data to guide strategy. Adapt to new technologies, communicate policies, and manage supply ownership responsibly. Merchandise the store effectively, launching promotions on time using planograms as guides. Mentor and recognize staff to build a talented, passionate team. Pay range starting at $20.10 per hour. WHAT YOU'LL NEED
1-2 years of retail management experience leading successful teams. A high school diploma or GED; a degree is a plus. Ability to adapt quickly in a fast-changing retail environment. Open-mindedness and interest in pop culture trends and fandoms. Ability to navigate the store, merchandise products, and lift up to 50 pounds. Pay range: $18.50 - $23.15 per hour.
