Position: Director, Behavioral Health Responsibilities:

Full-time, twenty-four-hour administrative responsibility for the Behavioral Health Department.

Plans, organizes, and directs care provided by the department’s staff.

Formulates, monitors, and reports the department's budgetary needs and outcomes.

Allocates resources and delegates responsibilities to ensure quality patient care while maintaining legal, ethical, and community standards for mental healthcare services.

Responsible for recruitment, education, and development of staff.

Qualifications:

Current Florida RN license.

Masters in a related field preferred.

Current BLS Certification.

Thorough knowledge of Mental Health Law as outlined through AHCA Guidelines.

Demonstrated leadership skills along with goal-oriented processing skills.

Managerial experience in Behavioral Health.

Compensation and Benefits:

Negotiable, full relocation assistance available for the ideal candidate, commission compensation.

Candidate Details:

5+ to 7 years of management experience required, RN with Bachelor's Degree and Masters, Florida RN license.
