The Psychiatrist will establish goals and objectives for patient care and work with the behavioral health team to achieve these goals. The Psychiatrist is responsible for diagnosing and treating patients with mental, addictive, and behavioral disorders. The Psychiatrist also serves as a supervisor and consultative resource to psychiatric mid-levels in their practice under collaborative practice agreements.
