Physician Assistant, Primary Care (Community Health) - Peabody, MA The Physician Assistant, working collaboratively with physicians, will provide comprehensive health care for individuals and families across all ages and genders. Responsibilities include: Providing ongoing, comprehensive primary care with initiative and independence Conducting patient examinations, obtaining histories, and utilizing diagnostic services Making diagnoses and administering treatments based on evidence-based medicine Seeking outside advice and referrals for specialized care when necessary Maintaining accurate and timely medical records The role emphasizes team-based care and care coordination within the Patient-Centered Medical Home (PCMH).
