This opportunity is ideal for a senior-level attorney with extensive hands-on experience in structuring, negotiating, and managing private and commercial aircraft deals, including complex regulatory and operational matters. The role involves representing a wide range of high-profile clients, including corporations, international airlines, leasing entities, financial institutions, and ultra-high-net-worth individuals.
