Job Description
The QA Specialist reviews and assesses the quality of reviews performed by analysts and checks their compliance with client policies. They liaise with support teams and provide feedback on error trends to improve the quality of analysts and projects. They are skilled at reporting findings to leadership in a timely manner and ensure proper documentation, notification, escalation, tracking of quality scores, and follow-up on incidents. The primary responsibility is to ensure the quality of the project meets contractual requirements. Key Responsibilities:
Assess the quality of all analysts on the project. Complete the required number of quality assurance audits. Report identified error trends to management daily. Identify gaps in customer policies and provide feedback. Calibrate with vendor and Google teams weekly on policy knowledge to ensure consistent quality.
